Refunds and Exchanges

Any product purchased from nouri can be exchanged within 24 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

- The product is damaged or has manufacturing issues.

- The product received does not match the ordered size.

This policy is only applicable to orders delivered within Pakistan.

Kindly note that the order should be sent back to us within 3 days of receiving it, and the customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the article.
