EXCHANGE POLICY

Any product purchased from NOURI can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, ONLY IF:

• The size, color is incorrect.

• There is a manufacturing defect.

To initiate an exchange, kindly message us on Instagram or email info@nouripret.com with your order number along with the reason for the exchange. Once the product is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and get back to you as soon as possible.

WE DON'T OFFER REFUNDS

Please note:

• All shipping and handling costs for exchanges will be PAID by the customer.

• Exchange can be only possible in the same article.
